Video posted on Ticktaku According to whistleblower @McOldKentRoad, earthworms are shown writhing at the drain of a machine.

Users who don’t speak in the video have added the word “maggot” below the movie.

But big chain officials say the creature was actually a worm-clarification doesn’t necessarily cheer up customers.

They said the drink station was closed soon and a deep clean was carried out.

A spokeswoman said MyLondon: “We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously.

“Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I noticed a problem with the drainage pipe at the drink station in the Old Kent Road restaurant.

“We immediately closed the drink station and the hygiene team identified the cause of the problem, but it was fixed before the deep clean was performed.

“The area was inspected by outside experts and no drinks were served to customers until the issue was completely resolved.”

Customer disgust

The video has been watched 400,000 times on TikTok.

And many who saw it talked about their disgust.

One user said he was eating at a restaurant “at least once a week” and the original poster said “don’t”.

Another said, “I come here every day.”

And the third joke: “There’s a reason it’s the cheapest property in Monopoly.”

Others have said the movie is like “something from Stranger Things.”

Gross video was shot later Maggots were reportedly seen falling from the ceiling of McDonald’s in Beckton, East London.

Last week, a cafeteria filmed a larva moving on a table and floor.

McDonald’s apologized and said the store closed soon.
