Howie Mandel, a judge at America’s Got Talent, assured fans that he was “ok” after losing consciousness at the coffee shop.
According to the entertainment website TMZ, a comedian and television personality, the 65-year-old, fell ill at Starbucks in Los Angeles.
According to rescue workers, a 65-year-old man experienced a “medical problem” in the Woodland Hills area and was taken to a hospital.
Mandel said he was at home now and accused the case of being dehydrated and having low blood sugar levels.
He tweeted. I was dehydrated and had low blood sugar. Thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses for taking care of me. Thanks to everyone who contacted me, but I’m fine! “
Mandel, who hosted the American version of the game show Deal Or No Deal, has been a judge for America’s Got Talent since 2010.
He starred in the latest series of TV personality shows, alongside Simon Cowell, supermodel Heidi Klum and actress Sofia Vergara.
Born in Canada, Mandel suffers from anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
When I talked to People in June, he said he was using comedy as a comping mechanism.
“My coping skill is to find something interesting,” he said. “If I’m not laughing, I’m crying.
“And I wasn’t too open yet about how dark and ugly it really would be.”
