Banca Sella invests € 2 million in Italian fintech startup Tot

Tot, an Italian fintech startup serving freelancers and micro enterprises, has completed a € 2 million seed establishment round from Banca Sella prior to its entry into the market in early 2022.

Tot provides accounts, digital banking, credit, and payment services to enable small businesses to manage administrative financial tasks and monitor and manage spending, collection, revenue, and tax provisioning.

In Italy, Tot travels the world of 821,000 micro enterprises (up to 10 employees) and self-employed with over 5 million VAT numbers.

Tot’s three founders are Doris Messina, Banca Sella’s current Chief Digital Transformation Officer. Bruno Reggiani, former country manager of Penta Italy. Andrea Sasta, formerly from Fabric’s digital marketing team.
