Millionaire admitted the failure of his wife’s kidnapping after two minions hired to kidnap her who had drowned while fleeing police.
Lawrence Michael Handley is said to have asked 27-year-old Sylvester Bracey and Arsenio Haynes to kidnap his estranged wife, Shanda.

Handley accepted the plea bargain earlier this week and pleaded guilty to two kidnappings and one attempted kidnapping.
Under negotiated terms, all judgments will be offered at the same time, with a maximum of 35 years possible, Judge Scott Privat said.
The prosecutor agreed to withdraw additional charges, including a second murder.
