Bryson DeChambeau was labeled “w *****” after making another fuss with his antique at the Ryder Cup.
DeChambeau, 28, couldn’t shout “in front” as he quickly graced his headline on Friday’s walk at Fourball and the drive went off the road and was bombarded by a female spectator’s foot.
However, he later found the fairway, but when he and Scottie Scheffler played for the final draw between Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton, he was fifth in par 5 and monster’s 417-yard tee. I shot a shot.
He was recalled by captain Steve Stricker on Saturday’s walk and teamed up with Schaeffler again against Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland and Tommy Fleetwood.
And once again, the 2020 US Open Champion was already the subject of a controversial moment in the first hole.
DeChambeau was left with a half short putt after Hovland missed the chance to give himself and Fleetwood an early lead.
He rolled the ball correctly from less than three feet, but then despised the Europeans for not putting the putter on the ground and giving up the putt after taking the shot.
The gesture should have emphasized how short the putt is compared to the length of this club-a strange complaint given that DeChambeau uses an elongated putter.
Former Arsenal legend Ian Wright wasn’t impressed by his antique, frankly tweeting “DeChambeau’s aw *****” next to the clown’s face emoji.

Many golf fans seem to share his view, and one of the European fans said, “I totally agree. Shame on the game.”
Even one of the American supporters seemed to agree. “I’m from the United States. I fully support this statement!
Wright, 57, wasn’t the only one who wasn’t impressed. The Sky Sports commentary team was also aiming for a “mad scientist” for his actions.
“Come to Bryson, that’s not good,” said American coach Butch Harmon.
“That’s not right, we don’t need it. We just play golf. Classless.”
Former European captain Paul McGinley added: Come on, keep it going.
“I don’t think we should do that too much. It was just a little stimulus.”
DeChambeau made his Ryder Cup debut in Paris in 2018, but failed to score points in two games.
