The biggest loser was LifeWorks Inc (TSX :), who traded at 25.75 in the second half and lost 1.94% or 0.51 points. Docebo Inc (TSX :) fell 1.68% or 1.55 points, ending at 90.60. Seabridge Gold Inc .. (TSX :) 24.44, down 1.65% or 0.41 points.
On the Toronto Stock Exchange, rising stocks surpassed falling stocks by 545 to 372, with 141 shares closing flat.
The implied volatility measurement for S & P / TSX composite options was down 2.82% to 12.08.
In commodity trading, gold futures delivered in December rose 0.23% or 4.05 to $ 1788.35 per troy ounce. Meanwhile, January crude oil fell 0.40% (0.31) to $ 78.08 a barrel, while Brent crude oil contracts in January rose 0.06% (0.05) to $ 82.30 a barrel.
CAD / USD rose 0.16% to 0.7905 and CAD / EUR rose 0.09% to 0.7053.
USD index futures fell 0.12% to 96.757.
