Castle Court shares behind the scenes and considers redeveloping the previous Debenhams site

CastleCourt has announced that it hopes to begin redeveloping the old Debenhams site by the end of the year. Taking up social media, Belfast shopping giants have so far made fun of their customers with short clips of progress.

In March, cinema and family entertainment and adventure specialists were given a green light to create multi-offer proposals. The Omniplex Cinema Group occupies 30,000 square feet under the luxury cinema brand The Avenue and the Family Entertainment scheme occupies 50,000 square feet.

Sharing the video under redevelopment, Castle Court confirmed that the ground floor is “a mix of retail stores and the new flagship Starbucks” and the ground floor is “Avenue Cinema and Leisure / Entertainment Scheme”.
