  • You might have noticed only one big tree in front of Charing Cross station if you ever visited it. In October 1987, approximately a quarter-million trees were destroyed during the great storm in London. This tree was planted to symbolise the destruction caused by that storm.

Thor: The Dark World

Based on the Marvel Comics character Thor, produced by Marvel Studios, Thor: The Dark World is an American superhero film directed by Alan Taylor. The film premiered at Leicester Square on 22nd October 2013 and was released in the United States on 8th November 2013.
