Closed Anglesey restaurant and reopened as a fine dining restaurant

The Anglesey restaurant, which closed last year, will reopen as a new luxury dining site.

Sullivan’s restaurant in Los Naigle has been taken over by the owner of Sundi Mounthouse reopened in 2018 after a £ 2m renewal.

Executive Chef Heffin Roberts will focus on opening the site next year.

In announcing the news, they said: “In 2022, we can finally announce the opening of a fine dining restaurant under the new name Y Parlwr, directly opposite SMH (Sandy Mount House).

“Although you can still see Hef in SMH, he’s mainly in Y Parlwr and focuses on all of the fine dining.

“With this in mind, SMH will move to a more casual dining experience, a more family-friendly and dog-friendly menu, and a menu that focuses on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients rather than a little’luxury dining’. .. “

They added that the new building was big enough to hold “something else” and asked customers for ideas on what to do with the remaining space.
