Country file Julia Bradbury warned Skinny Shamer who wants to attack her on Instagram with her latest bikini snap.
The 50-year-old kid stripped to sunbathe during the heat of the week and went to the beach to sunbathe and relax.
In her latest Instagram post, she can be seen lying on the sand, warning her halter-necked swimsuit with floral decorations, and wearing accessories with aviator sunglasses.
With a stunning snap caption, she writes: The bones of the collar are still sticking out … & I ate chips! “And the hashtag” # skinnyshaming # sunshine # nohate “.
Julia was soon flooded with praise and supportive messages from her army of followers in the comments section.
“Photos of positive and healthy life choices. Enjoy the sunshine,” said one fan.
Another wrote: “Ignoring these people is not as easy as it sounds. I am confident that you are a strong person and that your attitude and outlook on life will inspire others.”
“They are just jealous Julia. They want to eat chips and look like you,” said the third comment.
Julia was overwhelmed by the compliments and support she received and followed up with another self wearing navy training gear.
She added a snap caption. “A lot of positive feedback from my slender shameful posts … I’m grateful that so many people told me how unacceptable it is to be ashamed of people via online / social media. I will.
“I have enough age and experience to handle things like this, but millions of people are suffering from # mental health problems and eating disorders. Need to be kind here. I’m happy to be able to turn negative things into positive things. I just want to say .. you’re all beautiful. “
“Don’t let the little ones disappoint you. Be happy with the abuse of social media. Take all the good things and do nothing bad!”
The presenter also included a quote from actor Deep Roy. You have to be positive. Good things happen when you are positive. “
Julia has spoken out about promoting physical self-confidence in women over the age of 50, and recently talked about trolling in Lorraine from people who call her sick.
“There’s a problem here. I have a thin collarbone and I can’t do anything about it,” Julia said.
She continued. “I’m pretty confident and can deal with it. We can deal with it because we’ve been in Lorraine for a long time. We know how to deal with these things.”
“But many people have mental health or physical problems. In fact, there could be one comment that could lead someone in the wrong direction.
“All of these aren’t just nasty and constructive criticisms, but unfortunately social media is a hotbed for that.
“So I’m here to stop trolling and think about what your comments really mean to people.”
