Driver died after accident at Sawbridgeworth

The driver died after suffering a serious head injury in an accident at Sawbridgeworth.

The silver Peugeot 207 was heading east on Redricks Lane when it left the road and stopped in a ditch around 7:20 pm on Saturday, October 16.

The driver was a man in his thirties who suffered a serious head injury and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for treatment.

The Hertfordshire State Parliament states that he died of an injury on Tuesday, October 19.

The unit is seeking witnesses and information about the incident.

Detective police officer Neil Crocie of the Serious Clash Investigation Unit in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire said:

“Our research continues to establish a situation surrounding what happened. As part of that, we were traveling in the area and had seen a vehicle before the accident, or a dashcam footage. If you have taken a picture of, please contact us. ”
