Elvis Presley’s ex-wife Prisila poses with the treasure that the singer gave to her manager, Colonel Tom Parker. Before they participate in the auction.
Prisila, 77 describes the newly discovered repository as follows: “It certainly recalls memory.”
She said she supported the auction because she was worried about the amount of fake relics in circulation.
“There are a lot of products that aren’t real and are worrisome to me,” she confessed.
“I want to know for sure that it goes to the caretaker, love it.”
Prisila also revealed that she is protecting the items as she designed some of them herself.
This includes artifacts with the TCB Band logo, the musician who formed the backing rhythm section in Presley’s last year.
“TCB” stands for Presley’s favorite expression of “taking care of the business.”
