PVH Corp has announced that Board Chairman Manny Chirico will retire on December 31, 2021. Henry Nasella, currently chaired, will then become an independent non-executive chairman.

The company was also first appointed to the board of directors in 2006 and became chairman in 2007. From 2006 to February 2021, he was CEO of the company until Stefan Larsson succeeded him. Nasella joined PVH’s board of directors in 2003 and has been chairing it since 2007.
