Multi-currency payment platform iBanFirst has acquired London-based foreign exchange (FX) provider Cornhill for a private amount.

According to IBanFirst, the acquisition is an opportunity for the company to “expand its international footprint and expand its European PSP licenses to the United Kingdom,” which will allow small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) across Europe to make Brexit-related payments.
