Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver was able to drop two impressive stones by making one simple change to his diet.
Jamie cut one food from his diet-and the results speak for themselves.
Jamie shares five children with his wife Jules Oliver: Poppy (19), Daisy (18), Petal (12), Buddy (11), and Five-year-old River (5-year-old River). Said that removing meat from the daily diet really helped to change the pound.
“I pushed down the meat, pushed up the vegetables, got more sleep and more movement,” he told the Radio Times.
The naked chef said he saw an immediate effect when he began to choose a healthier diet, and when he halved the size of his pieces.

“I lost 12 kilos quickly, and I didn’t do it by not eating,” Jamie explained.
He recommended replacing meat with large amounts of vegetables and encouraged people to snack on nuts because nuts are so beneficial to heart health.
“Let the kids eat,” Jamie recommended in an interview last year.
His love for vegetables reignited when he decided to create the cookbook Ultimate Veg, which was released in August 2019 and is full of delicious plant-based recipes.
Jamie also reduced his liquor and tried to get more sleep at night. This is difficult for working parents with five children.
However, he said he now drinks only on weekends after banning alcohol in the middle of the week and now has a “more careful” and positive “consciousness”.
Another superfood recommendation is seaweed, which the award-winning chef said is “the most nutritious vegetable in the world.”
Jamie is also a big fan of nutritious breakfasts, and he called it a “perfect portable breakfast” because he shared his wife’s granola recipe on the website.
“Granola is a great way to enjoy all the different types of dried fruits, nuts and seeds that may not otherwise be included in your diet,” he writes.
During his 2015 appearance at Ruth Wimin, he told panelists that he was encouraged to lose weight after years of trying to stay fit and spending time taking care of himself. He said he noticed no.
“I went back to school and started studying nutrition, started traveling to parts of the world where people live the longest, and started seeing their lifestyle,” Jamie explained.
