Little Door & Co Group heads to Soho

Founded in 2014 in Notting Hill, The Little Door & Co Group has expanded to Clapham with Little Orange Doors and Fulham with Little Blue Doors.

The new 2,200-square-foot two-story venue will open later this year on 12-13 Greek Street, a unit of Ilona Rose House.

Redeveloped by Soho Estate, this site is a versatile new construction that spans 13 floors, including 4 basement floors.

The Little Door concept is based on the perfect house party vision. Featuring a menu of photo albums and cocktails named after the facility’s DVD collection, it is billed as a cozy and lively bar and restaurant.

Enjoy dinner parties and board games on Fridays, classic house parties on Saturdays, and bottomless brunch on Sundays.

“Our aim is to create a place where you can step into your home by styling around a fictitious flat share,” says director and co-founder Kamran Dedashti. “As the vibrant nightlife center of London, Soho is an exciting place for us to expand our unique services.”

Shelley Sandzer, a leading UK leisure and real estate agency, was involved in the transaction.

“The Little Door & Co concept provides something very unique to the dynamic young crowd it attracts. Soho is always a great place for best-in-class operators to trade,” said Shelley Sandzer’s co-managing partner. Nickweir said. Alongside many other companies that have completed in the last few months, this is in line with the rise in footfall numbers in London and represents a true resurgence of the West End hospitality scene. “
