LNT Group wants more than 30 long-term care facility investors

The Leeds-based LNT Group is looking for new investors in the care home development business. Insider media I am reporting.

The company has appointed an advisor, Goldman Sachs, to secure outside investors to support the LNT Care Developments business to develop new homes over the next few years.

A spokesperson for LNT Care Developments said: “LNT Care Developments is seeking investment to significantly increase production over the next five years to meet the demands of the post-covid world. Our goal is to have more than 30 superiors each year in the UK by 2025. Designing and building a promising care home. We believe that a modern dedicated care home is our important social mission as everyone deserves an environmentally sustainable care facility.

“Since 2009, LNT Care Developments has built over 100 new dedicated care homes in the UK operated by multiple first class operators.”

The LNT Group is a corporate group owned by entrepreneur Lawrence Tomlinson, which covers companies in various fields and employs more than 1,000 people. The company is involved not only in the construction and operation of long-term care facilities, but also in industrial deicers and racing cars.
