Leicester’s real estate agent Readings has appointed a new managing director.
Based in Real Estate Companies and Chartered Surveyors Granby Street, Will Raven Hill has been appointed to that position.
He succeeds Peter Woodthorpe, who decides to reduce his work after 35 years of business, but he maintains most of the company.
Ravenhill has been a real estate agent since 1988 and started his career at Spencers. Leicester, Brabby, Northampton, Market Harbor Rough.
He joined the PG Reading company in 1998 with his father David Johnson and the late Peter Reading, and has played a major role in expanding the company for many years.
This included a merger with the local company Norman Hope and Mann in 2005 and Peter James Estates in 2011.
As a result of the merger, the current Leading Property Group was established.
“I have a great team of co-directors and staff here in Reading. Among us, we continue to grow our business by providing well-known high-level services across all real estate agencies and disciplines. I’m sure I can do it.
“We are all locals who have devoted their hearts and souls to the city and county real estate markets. This is one of the reasons we are so unique and people give our services to others. That’s one of the reasons we keep recommending and coming back to us every time we have a property requirement that we need to meet. “
He said Reading has a legacy dating back to 1935 and is one of the largest independent Leicester realtors.
