New Sports Injury and Massage Clinic Opens in Portsmouth

Sports therapist and owner Vicky Pearl celebrated the opening of The Recovery Room on Malmion Road this week after the success of another North End branch.

At the clinic, a team of qualified therapists offers a wide range of specialized treatments and rehabilitation for sports and non-sports injuries for all ages and abilities.

The Portsmouth brewery will open a huge beer festival space with the launch of the new tap room.

Vicky, who lives in Portchester, ran VP Sports Therapy at home for three years before moving to London Road and rebranding.

“After a complete rebranding during the first lockdown, the 26-year-old decided to move to a treatment room in the North End, partly due to a pandemic.

“After eight months of success as a North End recovery room, I realized that my business was growing faster than I had imagined and that I needed to take the next step to build my own clinic. I did.

“I’m completely overwhelmed and grateful to have opened my first clinic. Without all the hard work spent by other therapists Georgia and Jade and the continued support of our lovely patients. , I couldn’t get it done.

“My dad couldn’t create this perfect space in less than a month without a lot of effort and time to transform the facility from an open-plan office to a comfortable and cozy clinic. . “

The clinic also offers holistic massages such as hot stone, deep tissue, Swedish, pregnant and Indian head massages by trained massage therapists.

Vikki added: “In the recovery room, people can expect a comfortable, friendly and personal experience.
