Three years ago, a detective investigating the deadly puncture wound of a teenage Kasem Mokran in Waltham Forest charged seven people.
The case is 4 attacks During the seven days in the Walthamstow area that year, police believe it was related to the gang.
Kacem Mokrane, 18, was stabbed in the stomach at Mount Pleasant Road in Walthamstow on Thursday, November 16, 2017, and died four days later.
Five were arrested last month at addresses throughout London.
They were taken to the police station and subsequently charged with murder.
They are Kamil Kazumielsky, Waltham Forest, 21 years old, Abdulrisak Ali, Newham, 24 years old, Richard Billington, Essex, 40 years old, Shadab Abdul Karim, Islington, 23 years old, Christopher Wilson. Wilson, Greenwich, 20 years old.
The other two – Hamza Ul-Haq, 23 and Luca Griffiths, from Waltham Forest, were charged with postage charges.
All five men arrested on September 16 appeared in the Magistrates’ Court of Thames on the same day and are currently in custody.
They will appear in Old Bailey on December 3rd, but have not yet been pleaded.
