Chelsea Grant, 27, and Zia Howard, 22, both of NW10’s Press Road, have been charged with the 71-year-old murder.
The pair were also charged with fraud.
They are currently scheduled to appear at Willesden Magistrate’s Court on Monday, October 3.
At 11:27 am on Monday, police were called to the incident at the Aylesbury Street residence.
Arriving at the scene, they found Mr. Hawkey’s body.
Her next of kin have been notified and are supported by professional police officers.
The investigation is led by detectives from the Specialist Crime Homicide Division.
