(Reuters)-British Blue Prism has agreed to a final takeover offer from Vista Equity, valuing robot software companies at £ 1.22 billion ($ 1.63 billion), a private equity firm in the United States. Said Thursday that it exceeded the proposal from SS & C Technologies.
The increase in cash offers of 1,250p per share from Vista is in opposition to trading from activist investor Coast Capital in favor of the US-based SS & C proposal.
