United Arab Emirates joins communications working group at Global Union Conference Against Daesh in London

LONDON, March 16, 2023 (WAM) — The UAE participated in the latest meeting of the Global Coalition’s Telecommunications Working Group against Daesh, co-chaired by the UAE, the United States and the United Kingdom, in London.

The meeting focused on the latest developments on the coalition’s focus on Syria, Iraq, the African continent and Afghanistan, as well as progress made by the Communications Working Group in addressing the extremist and terrorist narratives.
