Nastionwide uses Openwrks’ Open Banking technology to help customers in financial difficulty build a financial picture before meeting with mutual collection and recovery teams.

OpenWrks are part of Nationwide’s Open Banking for Good Challenge. This is a £ 3m fund designed to challenge FinTech and organizations to work together to improve the lives of people suffering from financial difficulties.

The Openwrks platform leverages conversational artificial intelligence and reduction logic to enable people to collect information from a variety of accounts and sources. With this data, customers can quickly create accurate digital revenue and spending statements.

Similarly, OpenWrks works with Money and Pensions Service expert advisors to visualize customer income and spending data and provide more personalized and relevant advice.
