On paper, it will be difficult to find three individuals with a clearer background. But each agreed to one. Diversity is beneficial to businesses, from maintaining the city’s competitiveness to helping people increase their pensions and addressing the lack of ethnic minority representatives in all areas of football. Yes, it is one of the most positive and powerful tools we have at our disposal. Without it, businesses will miss any shape or shape.
This is far from new ideas and innovative concepts. In fact, that’s what many of us have been screaming for quite some time. But after years of uncertainty, I feel that people in different disciplines and professions are finally beginning to open up to more inclusive powers.

Many of us are pondering what we have learned in a year from the murder of George Floyd and the protests that shook the world, so we have a real opportunity to give ourselves a positive answer. From a social, ethical and commercial point of view, putting inclusion in the center of the workplace or community brings serious benefits, a stance that all of us must take.
