president Joe Biden Giving His First Speech To Those Divided meeting On Tuesday night, he is expected to take a strong stand against calling for a billionaire tax to be implemented China.
It will be his third time as President to address the Joint Congress.
The much-anticipated speech came days after US forces shot down a “spy balloon” suspected of being sent by the US. Beijingfloated in several states last week before being cut off the South Carolina coast on Saturday.
