About Us

London News Time is an independent news publication covering the capital. We report on what is happening in London’s 32 boroughs and the City, and explain what it means for the people who live, work and travel here.

What we cover

• London News: crime and courts, councils, politics and community stories
• Transport: Tube, TfL, rail, roads and cycling
• Property & Money: housing, rents, jobs and the cost of living
• Sport: London’s clubs and major events
• Things To Do: events, food, culture and nightlife
• Community: health, schools and the environment

Our approach

London is too big and too varied to be covered from one angle. We focus on useful, local, fact-checked reporting: what changed, who it affects and what you can do about it. Every story carries a named byline, a publish date and, where relevant, an updated date. When we make a mistake, we correct it openly under our Corrections Policy.

Who is behind the site
