princess anne‘s daughter, 42, happily posed for a selfie this morning while choosing an outfit for the much-anticipated event.
The image shows a mother of three wearing a striking floral hat by Australian designer Rachel Henry.
The fashion label is one of ten designers participating in the Royal Ascot Millenary Collective available at Fenwick.
Featuring a statement floral charmer, Zara tied her light blonde hair into a low ponytail.

This floral-inspired fascinator is called the “Drama Girl” and features ten faux pink roses that surround the wearer’s head.
Next, Annie Miall paired a ZARA fascinator with a bright pink dress from British brand The Pretty Dress Company.
The £149 midi dress comes in 16 colors and features a pleated skirt and a chic V-neck cut.
Zara also had her makeup professionally done for the day, wearing pretty pink lipstick, blush and eyeshadow to complement her outfit.
After the two got dressed for Ascot this morning, Zara took the opportunity to snap a quick selfie in front of the leafy front door.
The personal stylist, who previously styled equestrian Zara at the Cheltenham race, shared the image with her 4,815 followers.
She wrote: “Zara has partnered with Fenwick to model one of the Royal Ascot Millenary Collective’s finest hats.
“This one was made by Rachel Henry Milnery.”

Rachel Henry, who promotes her designs on the Fenwick website, explained how the drama girl’s appeal was inspired by her upbringing in Australia.
She explained: “My home state of Victoria was declared a garden state in 1976, and the statewide network of botanical gardens is home to many rare plants.
“The State Rose Garden inspires through its spectrum of colors and structures, creating exhibits that are both well-manicured and at the same time incorporating height and volume within an organic showcase.
“I have sought to harness the energy of this sensory wonderland with bright fuchsia pink feather roses. My work celebrates the beauty and individuality found in nature. “
Royal Ascot begins next week and will run for five days until Saturday 24th June.
Zara won a silver medal as part of the eventing team at the 2012 London Olympics and regularly participates in racing events around the world. Australia’s Magic Millions.
