POLICE investigating more than ten sex attacks on London busses have released images of a man they want to speak to.
The offences took place between February 2022 and September 2023.
They mainly happened in the afternoon and evening on busses around Ealing, Hammersmith, Westminster and Hounslow.
The suspect or victim would usually board a bus at Westfield Shepherds Bush, Ealing Broadway or Acton High Street, all in West London.
He tends to target Muslim women, first sitting next to, then touching them, but not speaking.
Images reveal a man in a dark hoodie pulled over his head wearing a blue mask and dark trousers who cops want to speak to.
There have been no arrests but Metropolitan Police enquiries continue.
DS Matthew Brown of the Met’s Transport Policing Command said: “We are aware of social media posts regarding this individual and appreciate the concern that these incidents will cause.
“We would like to assure the community that we are doing all that we can to identify and locate the suspect.
“While his face is covered in the images, we are hoping that anyone who knows him will recognise him or his clothing and get in touch.
“Similarly, if you believe that you may have been targeted by this man, but have not yet spoken with police, please do get in touch – at the very least so that we can know that you are okay and are being supported.”
Anyone with information can contact cops on 101 or post via X @MetCC quoting reference CAD 8412/21Sep.
