Opened in 2000, Explorers Elm Park offers early childhood education for children ages 2-4.
It received top marks from the regulator, which recently issued a report, for “putting children at the center of everything” and for being well organized to provide children with a “magical playground.”
Ofsted’s inspectors observed that the nursery had a friendly and interesting environment in which the children were enthusiastic about learning.
The curriculum is said to have sparked children’s curiosity and promoted their physical and social skills.
The report adds: Preschool children act out their own stories. ”

Inspectors commended the staff for naturally weaving mathematical concepts into children’s play and fostering empathy among students.
The children were praised for being well-behaved and polite, and the report credited the daycare’s calming techniques that helped the children stay calm.
Safeguarding measures in child care centers have also been found to be effective due to clear policies followed by staff when safety concerns arise.
