Police appeal after ‘obscene act’ in front of couple on Hackney bus
olice are appealing for the public’s help to identify a man after a couple reported someone had touched themselves inappropriately on an east London bus.
They were travelling on a route 67 bus in Hackney when the alleged incident happened.
The couple got off the bus when they saw what the man was doing, at around noon on July 18.
They reported the incident to police and officers from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command are now appealing for the public’s help to identify the man pictured.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 5409/02Oct. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
