The two, along with 19-year-old Elijah Roy of Carey Gardens in Wandsworth, who had previously been convicted of murder, tricked Hassan into entering his address. Roehampton May 5, 2021.
Police said three men attacked Mr. Hassan and stabbed him in the chest as he entered. Police reported that he was called at 11:04 a.m. on May 6 and a body was found in his Close apartment block in Dowdeswell.
The group used the phone of the woman who owned the property to lure Hassan to the location, police said. The trio had her claim that they wanted to buy her drugs before attacking her victim at 5:20 p.m. when her victim arrived.
All three were convicted at Kingston Criminal Court on 27 May. Roy, who was convicted of murder, will be sentenced on November 2nd.
Gutridge concludes: London.
“Today’s ruling will not reunite Abdi Rizak with his family, but I sincerely hope they will have a sense of justice and closure now that the court proceedings are over.”
